HBI continues to expand its work in Relationship Coaching. Based on the (ORSC) Organizational Systems and Relationship Coaching model, HBI provides a safe environment for exploring relationship growth.

"We use the ORSC (Organizational Systems and Relationship Coaching) approach from CTI and the Center for Right Relations combined with a number of other relationship tools and models to serve our clients in enhancing and developing their relationships. Rather than being very specific about the kind of relationship, our clients are couples, groups, companies or any other system where more than one person is involved. The principles of our work are generic.

Our approach to relationship coaching doesn't look at the history of the relationship, rather what is the essence of the relationship, where is it going , what are it's possibilities and how will it get there. We use masterful techniques and approaches to assist our clients in the process of discovery of the various parts of the system and we align ourselves with qualified professionals to assist our work."
