Programs for Clients PDF Print E-mail
The programs offered act as a catalyst for change. The principle of a catalyst is that it joins temporarily with a reaction for the purpose of lowering the energy barrier required for the reaction to take place.

In most organizations and relationships, tensions that exist resulting from gaps between ideals, goals and current realities provide the impetus necessary to create a change. However, without a catalyst, either the change does not take place, or it takes place in the form of an explosion which destroys or damages the system.

Our Offering
By introducing a total package of coaching, training and mentoring tailored to the needs of each client, new concepts, methods, principles, skills and exercises are introduced to lower the barrier to change and help the explosive energies to be put to better and more productive uses such as learning how to create synergies within organizations and in personal relationships. The program:
  • Incorporates concepts from psychology, motivational coaching, relationship coaching, resilience development, and critical thinking.
  • Looks at the impact of brain physiology, value systems, development patterns, relationship roles and competency development.
  • Considers the effects of mindfulness, values and the impact of communication on the individual and collective spirit of the company.
  • Facilitates and demonstrates the efficacy of consultation in decision making.
Through a more complete understanding of self and others and through learning new relationship skills, clients experience a fundamental shift in their relationships. They are more motivated, develop greater insights, learn to ask, listen and hear others, and begin to develop a vision which is more synergistic with those whom they deal with each day. They learn new ways to think and develop greater consultative capabilities.

We offer two main packages:
  1. "At Home" - A program for assisting families to find greater unity.
  2. "For Organizations" - A customer program to help organizations work more effectively.
My commitment to clients is to constantly search for ways to improve their results.

Our Focus
We look at the world as functioning primarily in four places:
  1. Internally: the way we think, feel, and understanding, our beliefs, patterns of recognition, attitudes, trust of others, trust of self and self-image.
  2. Externally: In our personal relationships with others, how we act, speak, and influence by conveying our internal self to those around us, our peers, employees, friends, families, clients, company shareholders.
  3. Within Relationships: Like individuals, relationships have their own internal and external realities. By understanding both, relationships can make a much greater impact on the world than individuals alone.
  4. In the World Around Us: In this area, there are needs that we may not see on a regular basis (except in our living rooms on the TV) and we tend to forget about it. There are many needs in the world and these are the opportunities for meaningful service which help us to understand and fulfill our greater purpose.
